These properties are not listed or sold typically through organized real estate. However, I have referred clients to these estates over a 30 year period when usual homeownership types have not been a workable solution. Each client has been delighted with their purchase and have remained long-term residents of this community. In fact, the first client who lived here until she moved to a senior residence home enjoyed a better investment return than the buyer of her home in this complex. That buyer had bought a typical home the same year as my client bought in this complex. The return on investment of the regular ownership home in Brantford was slightly less than what my client's investment returned.
